Type 13 - Headlights

Another distinctive feature of the Type 13 is the front vintage style headlights which were very common for that era. 

Mounted to frame

I chose LED lights that Steve Vinson and Dennis Thomas are using in the clubkart they are currently building.  To make it look vintage, I will 3D print buckets to add behind the light face to give it the vintage shape and character.

The lights are mounted via a 10″ long piece of 1/2″ square steel tube with the light mount welded at the top. I drilled a hole near the bottom of the 10″ stand to enable running the wiring inside the stand and exiting near the frame.
